The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants California residents specific rights regarding the collection and use of their personal information. The Global Health Congress (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to honoring these rights and complying fully with the CCPA. This notice supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California.

When you provide your phone number and email, you explicitly consent to receive marketing calls and texts from us. Consent is documented at the point of collection via a clear, unambiguous opt-in process compliant with applicable laws. To ensure data security, we will verify the identity of any individual requesting to access, correct, or delete their personal information. We will verify your identity using the information you provided to us initially. For instance, if you registered with an email address, we will require confirmation through that same address before processing your request.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: To limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g., health-related data for dietary/accessibility needs) to that which is necessary to perform the services you have requested.

Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not be denied goods or services or charged different prices for exercising your privacy rights.

Note: Children under 16 must provide opt-in consent for any sale/sharing of their data. Parental consent is required for those under 13.
