You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Agreement.

“Speaker”: An individual scheduled to present content at the Event.
  2. Registration and Payment
Registration: Your registration is not complete until you have submitted all required information and the full Registration Fee has been successfully processed.
Payment: All Registration Fees must be paid in US Dollars via the payment methods listed on our official registration page. We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions securely.
Taxes: The Registration Fee is exclusive of any sales, use, or other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. If we have a legal obligation to pay or collect such taxes, the appropriate amount will be added to your invoice.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your ability to receive a refund is dependent on when you cancel your registration.

Cancellations received in writing to info@globalhealthcongress.org on or before September 1, 2025 will receive a 90% refund of the Registration Fee. A 10% processing fee will be retained.

Cancellations received between September 2, 2025 and October 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the Registration Fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 15, 2025 or for failure to attend the Event.

Registration Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization by providing written notice to info@globalhealthcongress.org no later than November 1, 2025.
  4. Code of Conduct
Your attendance at the Event is conditioned upon your adherence to this Code of Conduct.

You agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or any disruptive or abusive behavior towards any other Attendee, Speaker, Sponsor, or staff member will not be tolerated.

You must comply with all applicable laws and all rules and regulations of the event venue.

Unauthorized photography, recording, or broadcasting of any sessions, presentations, or Event content is strictly prohibited.

The Congress reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the Event, without refund, for any behavior that, in our sole discretion, violates this Code of Conduct.
  5. Event Program and Content
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Event program, including changing speakers, session topics, or the overall schedule, at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Speaker Views: The views and opinions expressed by Speakers at the Event are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Congress or its organizers. We are not responsible for the content of any Speaker’s presentation.
  6. Intellectual Property
Congress Materials: All right, title, and interest in and to the Congress Materials are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Congress Materials without our prior written consent.

Speaker Content: Speakers retain ownership of their individual presentation content. By attending, you are granted a license to view this content during the Event but not to record or redistribute it.
  7. Privacy and Data Protection

We will handle your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. This includes the use of third-party service providers for registration, payment, and event management.

By registering, you agree that we may contact you via SMS and calls for marketing purposes only if you have explicitly opted in through a clear and conspicuous mechanism compliant with applicable laws and 10DLC regulations. We follow industry best practices regarding opt-in, opt-out, and data protection as described in our Privacy Policy.
  8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Disclaimer: The Event and all Congress Materials are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Event, its content, or its quality.

Assumption of Risk: Your attendance at the Event is voluntary. You assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases), or property loss. You hereby waive any claims for liability against the Congress, its organizers, staff, and the event venue arising from such risks.

Liability Cap: In no event shall our aggregate liability to you concerning any and all claims arising from your attendance at the Event exceed the total Registration Fee paid by you.

Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  9. Termination
We may terminate your right to attend the Event at any time if you are in material breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to the payment obligations and the Code of Conduct. In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  10. General Provisions

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New Jersey, rather than in court.

Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disasters, or strikes. In such an event, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel, reschedule, or convert the Event to a virtual format, and no refund of the Registration Fee will be issued.

Notices: For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form via the email address you have provided.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Congress and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent, except for the transfer of your registration as described in Section 3.
Severability: If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed to be consistent with applicable law while the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
